How is membership different from a subscription?
Membership makes being a part of ASF affordable and accessible to more folks. It also allows ASF to better connect with the changing lifestyles of its patrons. Membership gives greater accommodation to your schedule as well as offering more and better benefits.
Do I have Choices?
Yes. ASF’s Subscription allows for committing to multiple shows with a discount of up to 30% or more on adult tickets (the Scripted Membership option carries the biggest discount). Subscribers pick their dates and seats all at once during the renewal process.
Do I get the same seats I had last year?
We make every effort to keep you in the seats you enjoy best, but please let us know if your preferences have changed. Once renewal information is available, it is important to act quickly. We won’t start selling new subscriptions and memberships until our current members have time to buy theirs. If you order before single tickets go on sale, you may be able to get the same or similar seats.
What do I get for my membership?
You receive a discount on tickets along with a variety of perks that include discounts at local restaurants, invitations to members-only meet-the-artist events, and more.
Is it worth buying a membership if I only plan to see a couple of shows?
Absolutely! In addition to ticket discounts, invitations to members events, discounts at restaurants, members do not to pay ticket processing fees. Members also have the privilege of free exchanges, which comes in handy if you’re a family on the go.
Who do I call if I need further explanation or want to become a subscriber or member? Can I speak to a human being?
Absolutely! Any of our Box Office associates can assist you. You can call 334-271-5353 with any questions, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. The Box Office is open Monday-Saturday from 12:00pm – 5:00pm. On performance days, the Box Office is open from 12:00pm – 8:00pm (unless it’s Sunday when Box Office hours are from 12:00pm – 2:30pm).
