What’s better than enjoying live theatre? Enjoying live theatre with a group of your friends! Groups can be comprised of 10 or more family, friends, colleagues, alumni, seniors, students, club associates, church members and more.

Pricing differs based on production and performance date. Groups of 10 or more save around 10% and groups of 20 or more save around 15% on most performances. Discounting is not available for Preview performances, but group priority seating is available for these performances.

ASF has plentiful FREE parking for buses in the beautiful 300-acre Wynton Blount Cultural Park.
Picking Up Your Tickets
Please make arrangements with the Group Sales department for ticket pick up. We recommend arriving at least half an hour before the performance to distribute tickets to your group.

Group Sale FAQs
Q. How many people do I need to place a group order?
A. The minimum number of tickets is 10 to receive group services.
Q. Do you have special rates for groups?
A. Yes! Groups of 10 or more receive special discounts for most performances. The final price is based on the day you attend and the number in your group.
Groups receive one complimentary ticket for every 10-19 adult tickets purchased. Groups receive two complimentary tickets for every 20+ adult ticket purchased.
Q. Do I have to pay when I order?
A. No, your group coordinator only needs to confirm availability and to receive an estimate from our groups sales office. When we confirm ticket availability for your request, payment is due in full three (3) weeks prior to your performance date.
All groups must be paid via single transaction. Cash, check, or credit card are all accepted forms of payment.
Q. How can I get the best seats?
A. Order early for seating priority. Group orders are accepted as soon as public tickets go on sale for the next season, usually early July. Group orders are filled ahead of all single-ticket orders and are seated immediately after our members.
Q. Will my group be seated together?
A. Your seats will generally be together in the best available location in your price section. Special seating requests, such as an aisle seat, and handicap accessibility must be made when you place your order.
Q. What if I don’t need all the tickets I have reserved? Can I adjust my order?
A. Yes! The size of your group may be increased if tickets are available or decreased prior to final payment. Keep in mind the ticket price is based on the number in your group; your final ticket count will determine your final price and discount. Once we receive your payment, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Q. What are the parking options if we come by bus?
A. ASF offers complimentary parking for buses and cars. We ask that you please inform us if you are coming by bus to ensure adequate parking. Buses or cars may drop off passengers in the front of the building.
