What is a membership?
A membership is a subscription tailored to your needs. Membership simply means that you choose the plays you want to see while enjoying the privileges of being a member, including the chance to select preferred seating before we open public ticket sales.
Membership makes being a part of ASF affordable and accessible to more folks. It also allows ASF to better connect with the changing lifestyles of its patrons. Membership gives greater accommodation to your schedule as well as offering better benefits.
Do I have choices?
Yes. Members commit to multiple shows with a discount of up to 30% on adult tickets, depending on the membership level chosen (the Scripted Membership carries the biggest discount). Members choose all of their preferred dates, times, and seats during the renewal process.
Do I get the same seats I had last year?
We make every effort to find the seats you enjoy best, and often our Box Office agents can select your favorites. Keep in mind that once you receive renewal information from us, it is important to act quickly. We don’t start selling new memberships until after we’ve given our current members the opportunity to renew. So, if you renew your membership before tickets go on sale to the public, you may be able to get the same or similar seats.
What do I get for my membership?
You receive a discount on tickets along with a variety of benefits, including discounts at local restaurants, invitations to members-only events, no exchange fees, and more.
Is it worth buying a membership if I only plan to see a couple of shows?
Absolutely! We offer several membership levels so that patrons can choose a level of commitment that suits their needs. In addition to ticket discounts, invitations to members events, and discounts at restaurants, members do not to pay ticket-processing fees. Members also have the privilege of free exchanges, which comes in handy if you’re a patron on the go. If a scheduling conflict arises, just call the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the performance date you’ve purchased and our agents can move you to another date and/or time of the same play.

The Box Office is open Monday through Saturday from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm CST, with extended hours until 8:00 pm on performance nights and from noon to 2:30 pm on performance Sundays.
