The Festival Stage Located straight ahead as you enter the Grand Lobby doors. There are four doors to the orchestra level seating, two doors upstairs to balcony seating and accessible entrances to which an usher will be happy to guide you.
The Octagon Stage Located Downstairs and to the right with two entrances. Ushers are avaialble to assist with accessibility.
Elevator Located in the Grand Lobby to the left of the Festival Stage entrances near the top of the stairs; it accesses the restrooms and all guest areas on the Octagon lobby level..
The Olive Branch Patrons are invited to enjoy fine food, beverages and spirits in ASF's newly renovated and theatrically themed pub and restaurant, The Olive Branch. The Olive Branch is located to the right after entering the Grand Lobby and is open before and after each performance for your enjoyment.
Rest Rooms Located on the lower level near the Octagon Stage. Two restrooms are also located near The Olive Branch restaurant.
The Patrons' Room Patrons are invited to relax and enjoy a beverage before curtain time in the luxurious Patrons' Room located to the left of the Grand Lobby.
Curtain Times All performances begin promptly. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager and are not guaranteed access to their selected seats until intermission.
Courtesy The quiet enjoyment of the performance (please, no talking) is greatly appreciated by your neighbors and the performers. Ushers will be available during the show and at intermission at the back and middle of the theatre should you have concerns or require assistance.
All mobile devices must be turned off or turned to silent mode during the performance. If a disruption occurs, devices will be confiscated and returned following the performance. The use of cameras, including cell phone cameras, and recording devices of any kind is strictly prohibited. Devices will be confiscated and returned follwing the show with the appropriate files deleted.
Blankets In case you find the theatre chilly, for a small donation you can rent a blanket. Your donation will go towards the upkeep and purchase of the blankets. All blankets must be returned before leaving the theater.
Leaving Your Seat During A Performance Please be aware that patrons who leave their seats during the performance will be seated at the House Manager's discretion or at intermission and might not be able to return to previous seats.
Recycle: Help ASF conserve by reusing programs for another show or returning them to an usher or collection bin at the end of a performance.
